These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Noberu platform ("the Platform", "the Website", "the Service"), operated by Noberu ("the Company", "we", "us"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.
In this document, the following terms carry the meanings beside them:
Use of the Platform is subject to the following conditions:
Noberu provides an online platform for creating prenuptial agreements in accordance with the Israeli Spouses Property Relations Law, 5733-1973. The service includes the following steps:
Noberu is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The Platform is a technological tool that assists in creating prenuptial agreements, but does not replace personal legal counsel.
The lawyer reviewing the agreement performs a professional review of the document, but does not represent either partner and does not provide personal advice. If you have a complex legal or financial situation, we recommend consulting an independent attorney.
Important: The agreement created through the Platform is a draft only. For the agreement to be legally valid, it must be certified and signed before a notary, in accordance with the Israeli Spouses Property Relations Law.
The cost of the service is ₪990 per couple (including VAT). Payment is required after completing the questionnaire and negotiation stages, before the final agreement document is generated. Payment is made by bank transfer or Bit directly to the company account.
Refund policy: A full refund is available within 14 days of payment, provided the agreement document has not yet been generated. Once the agreement has been generated, no refunds will be issued, as the service has been fully rendered.
The Company reserves the right to change service pricing. Price changes will not affect payments already made.
All rights in the Platform - including design, code, logo, templates, algorithms, and content (excluding user content) - are the intellectual property of Noberu and are protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws.
The information you enter into the Platform and the prenuptial agreement created for you are your property. We will not use your content for any purpose beyond providing the Service. No part of the Platform may be copied, distributed, reproduced, or reverse-engineered without prior written consent.
The Platform is provided "As Is." We invest significant effort to deliver a high-quality and accurate service, but do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, operate without interruption, or be available at all times.
Noberu is not liable for legal outcomes resulting from the use of an agreement created through the Platform. Responsibility for the content of the Agreement, the accuracy of the data entered, and certification of the Agreement before a notary rests solely with the Users.
In any event, the Company's liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the Service. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. Upon account deletion:
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any User who violates these Terms, after providing reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be published on the Website and a notification will be sent by email to registered Users. Continued use of the Platform after a Terms update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of the Service. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
These Terms of Service are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of the Platform or relating to these Terms. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably, including through mediation, before initiating legal proceedings.
