We operate an online platform that enables couples in Israel to create prenuptial agreements (premarital property agreements) in a simple and accessible manner. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and operate in compliance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations. Your use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of this policy.

2. Information We Collect

In the course of providing our service, we collect the following types of information:

Personal identifying information: Full name, Israeli ID number, residential address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and marital status.

Financial information: Details of assets (real estate, savings, investments, vehicles), liabilities and debts, income sources, and any other financial data you choose to include in the agreement.

Usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, access times, and technical data automatically collected to improve and secure the service.

Signatures: Digital signatures of both partners on the draft agreement.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used for the following purposes only:

• Creating your personalized prenuptial agreement, including processing questionnaire responses, identifying disagreements between partners, and generating the agreement document.
• Providing the draft agreement to a lawyer for professional legal review.
• Processing payments via bank transfer or Bit — we do not store any payment details on our servers.
• Communicating with you about agreement status, updates, and essential service-related information.
• Complying with legal requirements and court orders, as applicable.

4. Data Storage and Security

We take the security of your data extremely seriously. Your information is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase infrastructure. All sensitive data - including ID numbers, financial details, and agreement content - is encrypted using AES-256-GCM, the most advanced encryption standard available today.

Our security measures include: SSL/TLS encryption for all communication between your browser and our servers, encryption of sensitive data at rest, strict access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only, and continuous monitoring for anomalous security events.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or for the period required by law. After account deletion, all personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days, except for data we are legally required to retain.

5. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Information is shared only with the following parties, as required to provide the service:

• Lawyer: The draft agreement is provided to a lawyer affiliated with the platform for professional and legal review of the document.
• Stripe: Our payment processor. Stripe handles payment information in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
• Resend: Our email service provider, used for sending notifications, status updates, and confirmations. Resend receives only your email address.

We may be required to disclose information to law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies if required to do so by law or court order.

6. Your Rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you have the following rights:

• Right of access: The right to review information collected about you and held in our databases.
• Right of correction: The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Right of deletion: The right to request deletion of your information from our systems. You can delete your account from the settings page, and we will remove all data within 30 days.
• Right of portability: The right to receive a copy of your data in a readable format.
• Right to object: The right to object to the processing of your data, subject to legal limitations.
